Who we are

Ziller Holding unites more than 25 companies operating in the fields of pipe flange seals and technical elastomers, industrial services, mechanical engineering and rolling bearing seals.

The roots of Ziller Holding go back to 1926. Back then, Hans J. Ziller joined the engineering firm Paul Wever, laying the foundations for today’s company. This development initially gave rise to NILOS – today an important part of the diverse group of companies. The name NILOS, made up of the words “nie” and “los”, is symbolic of the consistency and longevity that have always characterized the family business.

I T – P R O J E C T M A N A G E R (m/f/d)
Focus on Software & Processes in Mechanical Engineering

Your area of responsibility:

  • Structured planning, design, and implementation of IT projects in a technically demanding mechanical engineering environment
  • Systematic analysis of existing business and production processes, as well as the development of well-founded optimization recommendations
  • (Process) development, customization, and ongoing support of software solutions (ideally ASSECO AP+)
  • Contribute to database-driven applications, reports, and clearly defined interfaces
  • Fact-based collaboration with specialized departments, particularly mechanical engineering and development
  • Ensuring the stability, traceability, and documentation of solutions
 

Your profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, business informatics, or engineering
  • Experience in IT project planning or in structured project environments
  • Excellent knowledge of databases, particularly MS-SQL
  • Solid programming experience in Java and Python
  • Strong process orientation and analytical mindset
  • Technical knowledge or experience in mechanical engineering is a plus
  • A self-directed, methodical, and quality-conscious approach to work
  • Experience with ERP systems or ERP implementations is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Clear communication, high reliability, and team orientation
