How Maintenance Works
with ROC by NILOS

Our “ROC by NILOS” software therefore has three main objectives: automation, process optimisation and resource conservation. To this end, all components of a system are first recorded in “ROC by NILOS”. The status of a system or part of the conveyor system can then be checked at any time within the software. In the event of damage or where maintenance is required, for example, the key data for the component requiring repair can be easily looked up in ‘ROC by NILOS’.

The software also sends automatic maintenance reminders. Similarly, an email is sent automatically following a regular check and assessment of the system’s condition, enabling us to take the appropriate action on the customer’s behalf.
