For our Hilden location, we are looking to hire starting May 1, 2026 a

full-time commercial all-rounder (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Support in general administration and office organization
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as digital and physical filing
• Creation and maintenance of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Support in human resources (e.g., personnel files, time recording, vacation planning)
• Participation in controlling (e.g., data preparation, simple evaluations, reporting)
• Support in accounting (e.g., invoice entry, dunning, payment transactions)
• Communication with customers, suppliers, and service providers (by telephone and in writing)
• Planning and organizing appointments, meetings, and events
• General assistance tasks for management

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, career changers also welcome
• Experience in office, administration, human resources, or controlling is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally of common accounting software
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
• Good written and spoken German skills
