WAGENER Vulcanizers GmbH & Co. KG is a mechanical engineering company founded in 1897 at the headquarters of a family-run, medium-sized group with an international focus. With over 125 years of experience, the company is a globally recognized expert in the design, development and construction of portable and stationary vulcanizing presses as well as special machines for the conveyor belt sector. Our vulcanizing presses are used worldwide for splicing and repairing conveyor belts. Innovations such as the KLIV vulcanizing press with a fully automatic ceramic heating system or the ROTOCUT RCE 40 steel cord belt cutter, which enables emission-free and safe cutting of steel cord conveyor belts, underline our technological lead. Customized solutions “Made in Germany” are the key to the success of WAGENER Vulcanizers.

Your area of responsibility:

• Planning, defining and monitoring the necessary work processes in production, taking into account the required materials and available resources
• Deciding on machine selection and coordinating the production flow with the aim of on-time production
• This is done in consideration of business management aspects, with a view to ensuring consistently high quality
• Checking orders and making necessary corrections to the workflow to avoid downtimes and ensure a smooth process

That’s what we want:

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic or similar technical training
• Additional REFA training would be desirable
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation in the industrial sector, for the planning and monitoring of machine tools and manual work
• Commitment and independent work within agreed tasks
• Reliability and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
